03/06/1985 :  Paul Guigui SARL establishment in bron with 20 000 FRFof capital

17/01/1987 : Relocation to Dardilly,  Modification of the name with VIBRAFRANCE SARL and Capital increase to 200 000 FRF.

12/03/1990 : Capital increase to 400 000.00 FRF thanks to the entrance of Mr LESBROS as shareholder.

04/06/1992 : Mr LESBROS is nominated as co-manager of VIBRAFRANCE.

30/09/1992 : Mr LESBROS becomes the only manager of VIBRAFRANCE.

1993 : First participation to Batimat fair in Paris, Beginnig of export development strategy.

02/01/1996 : Relocation to 65/73, Rue du Bourbonnais à Lyon.

06/06/2001 : Capital increase from 400 000 FRF to 400 000 € by incorporation of reserves. VIBRAFRANCE continues to grow in france as on export market in  Eastern Europe,  Maghreb and South america.

01/2004 : VIBRAFRANCE maintains its course and its objectives, although the victim of a huge embezzlement by its employee Mr Hicham FAIK.

12/2007 : The company recorded its best year, both in terms of turnover that result and it is now present on all 5 continents.

Fin 2008 : Justice is rended to VIBRAFRANCE, M. Hicham FAIK was sentences with his accomplices, to 30 months in jail and repayment of its total deflection
